Crane Johnson Lumber is a leading supplier of lumber and building materials to contractors in the Dakotas, Minnesota, and surrounding areas. Located on 10 acres at the intersection of Main Avenue and Interstate 29, the Fargo location is home to our primary lumberyard and serves as a distribution facility for our branch locations. It also houses our window sales division where we assemble and service Andersen and Silverline windows. In 1965 Crane Johnson established its truss manufacturing subsidiary, Mid States Truss, on the same site. Here we produce quality roof and floor trusses as well as wall panels using Mitek engineering. All of these “companies within a company”—along with an in-house credit department, drafting department, and full service delivery with boom trucks, semis, vans, truck-mounted lifts, and cranes—combine to make Crane Johnson Lumber the area’s premier supplier to contractors.
